• These decals work best on smooth, hard surfaces like glass, plastic, and metal. They won’t stick to fabric or heavily textured items. Need iron-on vinyl instead? Just send us a quick message! We have another listing in our store if you prefer to head over there to check it out.

Every decal is made just for you! Because each order is custom, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

• If no font is listed in your personalization box, we’ll choose a clean and well-matched style for your design. We can’t accept returns based on font choice if one wasn’t specified at checkout.

• We are not liable for any mistakes or damage made during the application process. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully for the best results.

• If we make an error on your order, please contact us—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible!

• Shipping delays can happen, especially during busy seasons. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds due to USPS delivery issues once your order is in transit.
